Here is a step by step guide to redeeming your Ticket Compliments® Select Gift Vouchers online and grabbing the best deals on your favourite brands.

Step 1: Log on to – ticket2gifts.com

Step 2: Choose your favourite products from your most preferred shopping categories

Step 3: Log in to the site using your UID and PWD. If you are yet to register yourself on the site, please go to the registration page and register yourself using ‘TCS’ as your Member Access Code
 
 
Step 4: Once you are logged on to the site, you can select the product of your choice and add the same to your shopping cart

Step 5: Finish adding the products of your choice to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout

Step 6: Confirm your order and move to payment options

Step 7: Payment options - You can choose to pay by using your Ticket Compliments® Select Gift Vouchers or by credit card
If you choose to pay by vouchers, you have 2 options


a) Full Payment with vouchers

  • Select ‘Full Payment with vouchers’
  • Select your product as Ticket Compliments® Select Gift Vouchers from the drop down menu
  • Enter your voucher details: you need to enter the 9 digit voucher number in series format, e.g. if you have 5 vouchers then you need to enter like this:
    1st Voucher No. 100000001
    Last Voucher No. 100000005

  • Alongside you need to enter the face value of your voucher, e.g. Rs.100/- or Rs.250/- or Rs.500/-
  • If you have multiple denominations, you can choose ‘Add More Series’ and click to add the other denominations in the same manner as the first series you entered.
  • If you need to update the series after you entered a series you can edit the columns and click on update
  • Once you are done with it, just click on ‘continue’ button to see your order details and confirm to process your order
  • Note down your Order number and save it for future communications on the same

b) Partial Payment (With Voucher and Credit/Debit Card)

  • Select ‘Partial Payment (With Voucher and Credit/Debit Card)’
  • Select your product as Ticket Compliments® Select Gift Vouchers from the drop down menu
  • Enter your voucher details: you need to enter the 9 digit voucher number in series format (as shown above), e.g. if you have 5 vouchers then you need to enter like this:
    1st Voucher No. 123452
    Last Voucher No. 123457
  • Alongside you need to enter the face value of your voucher, e.g. Rs.100/- or Rs.250/- or Rs.500/-
  • If you have multiple denominations, you can choose ‘Add More Series’ and click to add the other denominations in the same manner as the first series you entered.
  • If you need to update the series after you entered a series you can edit the columns and click on update
  • Once you are done with it, just click on ‘continue’ button to see your order details and confirm to process your order
  • You will be redirected to payment gateway to pay the balance amount by credit/debit card
  • Note down your Order number and save it for future communications on the same

Step 8: After you make the payment, note down your Order/Transaction ID and send in your vouchers after writing the 'Order Number' and ‘Cancelled’ across it to:

NOTE: Make sure that you do not write ‘Cancelled’ across the bar code at the bottom of your vouchers. See example below.

Example: Cancelled Voucher
